We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

Sales tax is only charged at checkout to orders shipping to California, New York, Iowa, Colorado, North Carolina & Nevada.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please use an alternative address at checkout.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you should receive a confirmation with your tracking number and link attached.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You'll need your order number (this number can be found in your order confirmation email or under Customer P.O. on your packing slip) and the zip code of the address the package was delivered to.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For international returns outside of the US, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise received past 30 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an Varley digital gift card.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 2-7 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
