WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a sale will ship within 5 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Remember, orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays!

I SENT MY ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND. HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
WHY ISN'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes, or credit codes. If you are applying it to a full priced item and you are still experiencing an issue, please reach out to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Aura7 product ordered on aura7activewear.com currently ships from the US in most cases. International orders outside of the US and EU, most likely will be subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VATs and any other fees your country charges. These are to be paid by the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery), so be sure to check with your customs office.
To avoid any surprises, please contact your local customs office to determine the charges before you place your order with us! If you refuse a shipment from Aura7 Activewear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you want us to re-send the package, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs for a second try!
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After you have placed your order on our website you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. with that tracking number you can follow the shipping processon the courier’s website.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.For international returns outside of the US, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise received past 30 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an Aura7 Activewear digital gift card.
